Period essentials with Veeda and Tenin

Andrea Portes, a best selling novelist, once said "I mean if there was any justice in the world you wouldn't even have to go to school during your period. You'd just stay home for five days and eat chocolate and cry", well unfortunately in the real life this kind of things don't happen, even a woman who has her period has to go on with her life and keep going to work/school. For quit some time now I wanted to write a post on feminine hygiene because I find it very absurd that it is, STILL in 2016, a taboo subject. After all, pads and tampons are products that we rely on every month for a few day so I believe it is time to abolish the awkwardness and embarrassment associated with this time of the month that we are all going through.

So, when the Veeda team contacted me and asked me to try out their products and give my opinion on it, I was genuinely thrilled.

Unlike many mainstream tampons/feminine hygiene products brands that contains synthetic products combined with bleached cotton which can be harmful to your heal, Veeda offers 100% natural cotton products, which is the most hypoallergenic and softest material that exist. And let me tell you something, the best way to reduce the risk of TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) is to use products that are free from chemicals, dyes and chemicals.

The absorbency and comfort of the UltraThin Towels met all my expectations. It did absorb well and I honestly couldn't tell the difference between those towels and the usual ones I am using. And same with the Regular Tampons, that fit perfectly fine. All the products are available in various absorbencies so they suit everyone no matter what kind of flow you have.

To conclude this post, I'll say that I am absolutely conquered by Veeda and I'm definitely switching to this brand. I believe that it is doubtless a much more wiser choice to switch to a brand that actually cares about our feminine health and wellbeing.
