Natural Periods With Veeda

As we speak, I am experiencing that time of the month that every woman dreads. Each month we struggle through our periods praying that the next few days won’t be as painful as the last time. We arm ourselves with netflix, painkillers, chocolates, a hot water bottle and comfy PJ’s which all help to ease the pain but are we making the smartest choices when it comes to our feminine hygiene?

I have recently tried out Veeda‘s * period essentials after hearing about their range which are the only hypoallergenic, 100% natural tampons and pads on the market. I have to be 100% honest and say that I had never really thought of the quality and safeness of the products I was using previously just mindlessly picking products of the shelf each month. Conventional products from well known brands can contain synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances, dyes but Veeda’s product are 100% cotton and have no chemicals, no synthetics and no dyes.

With little to no difference between the Veeda towels and my usual pick, at £2.49, there really is no reason to look after your health. Even the packaging is a biodegrade wrap which breaks down within the year.
